It is now possible to use it as a normal render farm to render your own Blender files. This is still a beta version so let me know if you find any bugs or errors.īutton will only be active if you check the "Use Credits" checkbox. I actually disconnected it by pure accident, and it didnt fix anything really.I added a new option to the Mecabricks rendering service. I know, you only disconnected it for the sake of the screenshot, just wanted to point this out to you in case you ever actually want to turn off glossy: In that case put the factor to 0 or completely remove the mix shader. 引用自 The Renderer:Yeah, sorry about that, didn't ever pay attention to how that symbol changes. So you are actually making your color slightly darker with that setup (try moving the "Fac:" slider to see what I mean). As it is right now, you are mixing 90% diffuse with 10% "nothing", and nothing is simply black. You will set up completely different lights in part 8 anyways.Įdit: Also, just for your information: You shouldn't just disconnect the glossy shader like you did in your screenshot. You did everything right and everything is working as it should. In part 8 of the tutorial he talks about lighting in detail, so if you can't brighten it up with what Mr Chappy said I suggest to simply ignore it for the moment until you get to part 8. I just looked at the tutorial video again and his donut isn't that pink either, it looks quite similar to yours. Yeah, sorry about that, didn't ever pay attention to how that symbol changes.īut yes, your light is simply too dim and that's why your pink isn't as pink as you might want it to be. This is all I can answer now, ill get some screenshots this afternoon (my time) the colour in the selection box has the exact same RGB value of Andrews the background is grey, although, its ever so slightly a darker grey. as far as Im aware I havent changed any colour management settings or anything like that im using diffuse with 10% glossy, but even with just diffuse its still purple im sure its the right colour, i even tried getting the exact RGB that he had im not sure if my light is bright enough, i havent done anything with it other than move it Ill get some screenshots in the afternoon when I come back home, but ill answer as much as I can right now: Is the color in the selection box the same as Andrew's or is it dark purple in there as well?Įdit: If none of this helps, feel free to post some screenshots and/or the file you are currently working on. Is your light bright enough? Are you sure you are using the right color? Are you using the right shader (diffuse)? Did you change anything wrt color management? Is your world background (=ambient light) grey like his or is it black? 引用自 The Renderer:Your graphics card doesn't matter.
